Colleges and Social Media

by collegelife on August 17, 2012

College students and social media are synonymous.  After all, Facebook, the “King” of social medias, was invented by a college GEEK. So it’s no wonder that their most famous dropout helped put Harvard in the  number one spot as the Top Social Media College according to Student Advisor.

University of Kentucky took the number 7 spot because Big Blue Nation and the  proud fans love to share about the winningest basketball program of all time.

At number 29 is Mississippi State and their study abroad photo page.

We loved  College of Charleston’s YouTube channel, well done.

The movie Red Tails honoring some of the best pilots that have ever lived and fought for their country helped Tuskegee University launch a social media promotion and earn the number 75 spot on the Student Advisor list.

How is your school using social media and are you interested in promoting your school?  Please share your comments with us.
